This privacy policy is issued on behalf of all Blissful Balance companies. All the different Blissful Balance legal entities have decided that the Danish company Blissful Balance is our global data controller (the one responsible for the data). So when we use the words "we", "us" or Blissful Balance. Your rights as a person about whom we hold personal data (data subject): You can make changes to your account information yourself by editing it in your account settings. If you wish to unsubscribe from, for example, newsletters or marketing emails, you will be able to do so via the link provided in these emails. You have the right to complain. Before you contact us, there is one thing to keep in mind. Our websites and apps may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites, so if you have any questions about such sites, you should contact the site directly. We may send customers any information they have requested from us or respond to their questions. We may ask customers to give us feedback on our services through questionnaires and surveys. We may provide our customers with relevant marketing information about our products. How we process personal information: When you visit our online products or channels, we use technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, pixels and web beacons to process your personal information. Please note that if you enable the cookie prevention feature on your device, some of our services and features on the site will no longer work. We also collect information from other trusted sources so that we can update or supplement the personal information we have collected ourselves. How long we retain your personal information: We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our products and services.
